Overcoming Disempowerment:

10 Courageous Steps to Lead Yourself First to Live an Empowered and Purposeful Life

My debut book, OVERCOMING DISEMPOWERMENT is a memoir reflecting my journey of personal challenge, oppression and disempowerment and the courageous steps I had to take to rise above the entrapment resulting from growing up in Apartheid South Africa. This book serves as a source of encouragement and inspiration providing practical tools to help you overcome your personal disempowerment. It is these steps that empowered, enabled and equipped me to take courageous action towards achieving at my highest potential. Completing my Doctorate is evidence of the impact of how I overcame my own disempowerment, using the steps in this book towards living an empowered and purposeful life. Change is never easy, but the fruit of taking action and persevering through the challenges is the foundation for living empowered and purposeful.
